Brent Wilkerson and I have been at our respective locations (him Dixie County, me The Sun) for what is now our 10th football seasons. Newberry earns attention

No doubt, last season the biggest story in area football was Newberry’s run to the FHSAA Class 2B state championship game. After losing a loaded Class of 2008, there were questions as to whether the Panthers could continue that kind of success. So far, so good.
